Archiving clients

This article will show you how to archive a client that you are not planning to work with in the forseeable future.


What does it mean to 'archive' a client profile

Archiving a client profile means it will no longer appear in your client dashboard under the list of active clients. If you don't expect to work with a client in the forseeable future it can be helpful to archive them. This way you are only seeing clients you are currently working with in the default 'active' client view when you login to Goalspot.


Archiving a client does not mean you lose access to their data or reports - these are always available! And it is simple to change a client back to 'active' if you do start working with them again (see here).


How to archive a client

To archive a client simply:

  1. Open the Clients tab on the web application
  2. Click the downwards arrow by the Status field
  3. Click Archive

How to change a client from 'archived' back to 'active'

To change a client back from archived to active status simply:

  1. Open the Clients tab on the web application
  2. Select Archived from the dropdown menu directly below Clients
  3. Click the downwards arrow by the Status field for the client you want to update
  4. Click Set Active
