Onboarding concierge

This article explains the Onboarding Concierge service and how it can help you quickly get the most out of Goalspot. The service is currently free for new users (normally priced at AUD$250).

Onboarding Concierge is designed to let you move on to Goalspot with all your clients from Day 1 by:

• Getting your existing Goal Library loaded on Goalspot without having to add goals one-by-one
• Helping you add clients who are currently part way through a program (and as a result have a partially completed set of goals and data captured in whatever system you're currently using)

You can access the service by clicking on the Concierge tab in the left-hand panel on the Goalspot web application:

Concierge service #1: Upload your custom Goal Library

If you have an existing Goal Library you want to use on Goalspot, but don't want to add these goals one-by-one, simply upload your Goal Library to your account and it will be loaded in 48-hours!

You can upload the Goal Library in pdf, docx (Word), .xlsx (Excel) or .csv (Excel and Google Sheets) formats.

To make sure the process is seamless please ensure the goals in your library have the following required fields:

1. Goal Title: a short descriptive title like "Points to request nearby object"
2. Primary Domain: the primary developmental domain for the goal (e.g. 'Receptive Communication' or 'Play')
3. Steps: you need at least one step for each goal

Concierge service #2: Upload existing clients goals and data

To make it easier to get all of your clients on Goalspot at the same time you can upload a current set of goals that you are working on with the client, along with up to 10-weeks of session data.

When uploading previous data please note that we require:

• Results to be in a standardised form (see here for details)
• Session dates to be clearly noted for all sessions
• Goals need to be step-based and meet the requirements noted above
