Who can add, edit or delete templates from the Goal Library?

Only users with the role type 'Owner' or 'Admin' can add, edit or delete templates.

Why can’t I add or change goals in the Goal Library?

If your role type is not 'Admin' or 'Owner' you won't be able to update templates in the Goal Library. Please contact the person in your organisation who manages the Goalspot account to update your user type if you will need the ability to manage templates (note: Goalspot support is not able to change your role type).

I already have a Goal Library in another format (Word / Excel etc.). Do I need to add all my goals to the Library one-by-one?

No! You don’t need to enter each goal manually.

We recommend using the Onboarding Concierge service to upload your existing Goal Library to GoalSpot. For more information on how to do this see here.

What does the 'Primary Domain' field mean?

The Primary Domain is the developmental domain for the goal (e.g. Receptive Communication or Gross Motor). If a goal covers more than one domain please select the developmental domain that the goal is primarily intended to target

Can other clinics see the templates in my Goal Library?

No! Your goal templates are only available to your clinic.
