How long does the free trial last?

The free trial lasts for 30 days from signup. You don’t need to enter any credit card details to start the trial, and you can add as many users and clients as you like during this time.

How much does Goalspot cost?

GoalSpot is AUD$10 per active client per month, which includes:

• Access to all Goalspot features
• Unlimited user accounts for your clinic
• Lifetime secure data and records storage for up to 100 archived clients
• Advanced data security and privacy protection

What counts as an ‘active client’ for billing purposes?

An 'active client' is any client that you collect session data for, or generate reports for, during the monthly billing period. You will not be charged for any clients that don't have data collected or reports generated during a month.

How can I cancel my Goalspot subscription?

To cancel your subscription simply email us at support@goalspot.io from the email address registered to your Goalspot account. Please use the subject line 'Cancelling my Goalspot subscription'.
