Viewing a goal's history
You can see a goal's history, including an edits made to the goal and who made each edit, by opening the goal edit window and looking at the History pane on the right-hand side.
Goal Status: what each status means
Every goal can be assigned a status from one of four different options:
- Draft: The goal is in the drafting stage. When a goal is set to 'Draft' it is not visible on the mobile/tablet app until the status is changed to Active.
- Active: The goal is currently active and visible on the mobile/tablet app, allowing data to be collected on the goal. By default goals are set to Active when first created.
- Completed: The goal has been completed in the current goal cycle. It will be visible in the mobile/tablet app and data can be collected on the goal.
- Not Achieved: The goal was not completed within the goal set cycle (e.g., the child only reached teaching step 3 out of 5 for the goal). It will be visible in the mobile/tablet app under the Goals tab, but data cannot be collected on the goal.
Starring a goal
The 'star' feature allows you to mark goals for any purpose. You can use these flexibly to support your own clinic's workflows e.g.:
- Highlighting high-priority goals for therapists to focus on in the program
- Marking goals which have not had enough data in the last few sessions
- Noting goals that need to be looked at and adjusted in the next program review
You can star or unstar a goal in the web application, or in the mobile/tablet app.
1. Starring a goal in the web application
To star or unstar a goal in the web application just click on the Star Icon for that goal in the View Data tab.
2. Starring a goal in the mobile/tablet app
