Troubleshooting: I didn't receive an invite email
If you were added to the organisation, but haven't received an invite to your email after 20 minutes then try the following to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check your junk mail / spam folder
- Ask the organisation owner to send you a new invite to the same email address and double-check the email address is entered correctly (give the email 20 minutes to arrive - some email servers will delay email from new accounts for up to this long)
