Troubleshooting: I didn’t receive a password reset email…
If you tried to reset your password but didn't receive an email and it's been more than 15 minutes, then please follow these steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, automated emails like password resets can be directed there.
- If you still haven’t received the email, return to the sign-in page and select 'Forgot Password' to try the process again.
- If you've tried twice and haven't recieved anything, please double-check you entered email address associated with your GoalSpot account. If you're unsure you can check with your organisation's account owner the address associated with your account.
