Changing your role type
See this help article for an explanation of the different role types in Goalspot.
If your role type is 'Therapist' but you believe you need additional permissions to access certain features in GoalSpot—for example, to add or edit goals in the Goal Library—you'll need your role type updated.
Only a user who is already an 'Owner' or 'Admin' in your organisation can change your user role type. Please reach out to them directly to request an update to your access level.
