Troubleshooting: I forgot my password

To reset your password, simply:

1. Go to the Goalspot web application sign-in page (app.goalspot.io) on your laptop or desktop, or the mobile/tablet app login screen on your mobile device
2. Click Forgot Password right below the password entry box
3. Enter the email address associated with your Goalspot account
4. Check your email inbox (if you can't see the email after 15 minutes please check your spam/junk folder)
5. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and login
