Quickstart guide - new team members

If you've just been added to your organisation's Goalspot account this help article provides a step-by-step guide to getting started on Goalspot .

Step 1: Accept your invite and set up your user account

You'll receive an invite to your email to set up your account.

If you have any issues you can see this set of help articles to troubleshoot.

Step 2: Check the clients you have access to

When you log in to the Goalspot web application at app.goalspot.io the app will automatically open on the Clients tab. This is where you can see all the clients you have access to.

If you don't see any clients, or if you think there are clients you should have access to but don't, please check with your organisation's account owner or admin. They can easily give you access to any client by following the steps outlined here.

Step 3: Add your first goals for a client

Goalspot makes it easy to add goals (especially once your organisation has their Goal Library up and running).

See this article for how to add your first goals for a client.

Step 4: Download the Goalspot mobile app

Goalspot has a mobile app to make collecting session data easy, intuitive and "on-the-go". The app works on both Android and Apple devices, across both mobile phones and tablets.

See this article for how to download the mobile app for your device.

Step 5: Collect your first data on the mobile app

Now you have loaded your first client and added some goals it's time to collect your first data!

This article shows you how to start a session and collect data on the mobile app.

Step 6: Explore the reports available on Goalspot

We've built a set of simple, intuitive reports based on the most common needs of clinics.

You can explore the different types of reports available here. Some of the progress reports take a few weeks of data to come to life, so in the meantime while you're collecting data for your clinic's real clients, feel free to play around with these using the 'Harry Jones' demo client account we've pre-loaded with data.

Also make sure to check out how to use the powerful View Data feature in the article here.
